Big Data Architect

I would suggest Big data. But believe me, these are industry oriented skills which is normally given to a candidate after they move into the industry not before that. Still there are chances of getting some opputunities.

You should focus on the analytics part of Data Science, and not on big data. Analytics require knowledge of business along with Data Science skills.
