How much beneficial it would be for me to get a job as certified business analyst if I pursue a course in BIG DATA AND R as I am a commerce graduate and having experience in banking.
It certainly give you benefit. But path is long & not so easy. It dons't mean too long or tough. Take around 6 months of exhaustive learning. You also need to learn some related applications/system for execution.

I have done my PGDITM(POST GRADUATION DIPLOMA IN Information Technology MANAGEMENT) with FINANCIAL SYSTEMS specialization in 2014. I didn't get a job until now. Hi, I have been working in IT from the past six years. My primary skills are Unix and SQL. Can I go for a Spark or Hadoop training? Do I need to learn Python for big data? Is there any skill I need to have for spark?
Python is not mandatory for learning spark. But if you have some core Java skills, that will be the add on to learn spark.
