Tally Prime, both cash and credit sales are recorded using the Sales voucher (F8). For cash sales, select "Cash" or "Bank" as the Party A/c name. For credit sales, select the relevant customer ledger. The difference lies in the account that is debited – Cash/Bank for cash sales and the customer's ledger for credit sales.
