I bring over 14 years of professional experience, primarily in Human Resources leadership roles across industries such as metal, mining, and manufacturing, where I held senior positions including Assistant General Manager – HR. Throughout my career, I have been actively involved in training and development, curriculum structuring for workplace learning, and conducting employee workshops and leadership sessions, which have equipped me with strong instructional and communication skills.

My core strengths include learning & development, behavioral training, performance improvement coaching, and career mentoring, making my transition into the teaching field both natural and purposeful. I have designed and delivered various structured learning programs, created KRA/KPI frameworks, and implemented competency-based evaluation systems — all of which align closely with educational methodologies.

Additionally, I have successfully guided numerous professionals under apprenticeship schemes like NAPS and PM Internship Program, contributing to real-world skill development. These experiences have deepened my passion for teaching and inspired me to bring industry-aligned, practical knowledge into the academic setting.
