I am a passionate and dedicated Yoga Coach with 6 years of advanced personal practice and 3 years of professional teaching experience. My journey began through self-healing—after a serious injury, I rebuilt my health and spirit with yoga asanas, pranayama, and meditation, which inspired my mission to guide others toward strength, balance, and well-being.

I have completed my 2 years 3 months Master’s in Yogic Science and Alternative Therapy from Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya, Rishikesh, India and hold a 200-hour TTC in Hatha, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa from Vyas Yoga School, Rishikesh. In addition, I am trained in Sound Healing (Nada Brahma Academy), Acupressure, Acupuncture, Naturopathy, Panchkarma, Rope Yoga,and Acro Yoga, enabling me to offer integrated wellness solutions that address both body and mind.
