Namaste! My name is Shraddha rathore, a certified yoga teacher dedicated to sharing yoga with people of all age groups—from children discovering mindful movement to seniors seeking gentle mobility and peace of mind. My approach is rooted in the belief that yoga is for everyone, regardless of age, ability, or background.

I completed my pg Diploma in yogic science from shree atal bihari arts and commerce college indore and pursuingmasters in yoga from kaivalyadham yoga institute, Lonavala (one and only research centre of yoga).
My teaching style brings together mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation to help students connect with their inner stillness.In my classes, you can expect a balance of strength and softness — sequences that challenge the body yet calm the mind. I encourage every student to approach the mat with curiosity and self-compassion, honoring where they are today.

Yoga, for me, is not about perfection but presence. I’m here to guide you on a journey toward awareness, peace, and joy through the practice of yoga.
