I teach Yoga and have been guiding students in their yoga practice for the past 8 years. My sessions focus on improving flexibility, strength, balance, and overall well-being through regular and structured yoga practice. I help students learn breathing techniques (pranayama), basic to advanced asanas, and relaxation practices, making yoga suitable for people of different age groups and fitness levels.

I hold a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree and have also completed both a Degree and Diploma in Yoga. This educational background has provided me with strong theoretical knowledge as well as practical training in yoga. It enables me to guide students with proper techniques, correct posture, and a deeper understanding of breathing and wellness practices.

Over the years, I have worked with students from different backgrounds, helping them improve flexibility, reduce stress, build strength, and maintain overall physical and mental health through consistent yoga practice. My approach focuses on creating a comfortable and supportive environment where students can learn at their own pace while gradually improving their abilities.

I have also been associated with the Madhya Pradesh Yoga Association, where I participated in and helped conduct yoga sports events. This experience allowed me to gain valuable exposure to yoga competitions and contributed to promoting yoga among participants and the community.

I conduct both online and offline yoga sessions, making it convenient for students to learn and practice regularly while receiving proper guidance and support in their yoga journey.
