Which is the best way of learning vocal music- online vocal classes, private learning or joining an academy Is online teaching of vocal music successful? 

The vocal is a subject which should be learnt on one to one basis or by joining a class. Online classes are not recommended as they're not able to judge you and your weakness. So if you're really interested then find a good teacher around you and join there.

Can someone suggest me a good brand and model of an acoustic guitar for beginners?

It depends on your budget as if you can spend 8000 then Yamaha f310 is the best among all, and if you want cheaper one then you can purchase vault or cadence guitar they are also too fantastic and come in under 5-6 thousand. Less expensive than this are not right in the long run.
