I am a certified yoga instructor with a Diploma in Yoga from Barkatullah University, Bhopal. With over 6 years of hands-on teaching experience, I have trained a wide range of students—from beginners to those seeking deeper practice and therapeutic benefits.

My teaching approach focuses on building a strong foundation through proper alignment, breath control (pranayama), and mindful movement. I aim to create a comfortable and supportive environment where students can improve flexibility, strength, and overall well-being at their own pace.
