I am a certified Yoga professional with 200-hour TTC, YCB Level 3 certification, and expertise in Nadi Diagnosis and Telepathy. I hold a Master’s degree in Yoga Science and am UGC-NET qualified. I have also completed an intensive internship in Yoga, Ayurveda, Panchakarma, and Naturopathy at Patanjali Wellness, Haridwar. With over a year of experience conducting online classes, I have helped 100+ students recover from chronic conditions such as BP, diabetes, cervical and back pain, knee issues, PCOD, stress, and insomnia. I’ve conducted yoga, meditation, and health workshops in government colleges and supported COVID-19 patients under the CM Yojana through therapeutic online sessions. My approach integrates traditional yogic practices with natural healing therapies to promote holistic well-being and long-term recovery.
