I am a certified Yoga Instructor with 5+ years of experience in teaching yoga as a teacher, mentor, coach, and guide. I have completed a 1-year Diploma and a 2-year Master’s degree in Yogic Sciences and Human Consciousness from Barkatullah University, Bhopal (M.P.).

Additionally, I hold a Master’s degree in Hindi Literature, which helps me communicate clearly and connect well with students from diverse backgrounds.
I specialize in traditional yoga practices, pranayama, meditation, relaxation techniques, and holistic well-being. My teaching approach focuses on physical health, mental balance, and inner awareness.

I am comfortable teaching in Hindi and English and have experience conducting online yoga sessions globally.
My goal is to help students improve flexibility, strength, mindfulness, and overall lifestyle through safe, structured, and personalized yoga practices.
