Golden Light Foundation is a Center for Expansion through healing. It offers Yoga, Meditation Sessions along with Naturopathic Consultations & Lifestyle Modification. It's a space for healing through meditation, sadhana and community based participation in activities.

Center also holds space for Osho Meditations facilitated by Ma Nirav Anahata for those that wants to experience meditations and go deeper within themselves to heal, cleanse and align and expand through meditations. We also hold dance meditations n other workshops

Also offers art/dance/poetry/gardening workshops occasionally.
All sessions are Non Residential so prior accomodation has to be booked for our of town customers
