Nutritions is nothing else but and mechanism by which an organism take food and utilise it it is called nutritions now there are multiple types of nutritions this like autotrophic heterotrophic and one more thing time is that and nutrients means material which provided nutrition to organism are called nutrients examples carbohydrate protein fat etc
