I have a total of 7 years of teaching experience, including 3 years at the college level and 4 years in school education. At the college level, I have taught undergraduate students as part of the Chemistry department. During this time, I focused on building strong theoretical foundations in core chemistry concepts and encouraging students towards research-based learning. I have also contributed to academic development by publishing research papers in the International Journal of Chemical Studies, which helped me integrate research exposure into my teaching. In school education, I have taught Science to secondary classes, with a major focus on Class 10 CBSE Chemistry and Biology. My school teaching experience has been very dynamic, where I worked not only on textbook learning but also on developing students' problem-solving skills, scientific thinking, and board exam preparation strategies. I have designed lesson plans, conducted lab activities, prepared students for science exhibitions, and organized doubt-clearing sessions regularly. Throughout my school teaching, I ensured the use of activity-based methods, regular assessments, and NCERT-focused preparation, which helped many students gain confidence and improve their academic performance. I also worked in collaboration with other teachers to organize academic events, science quizzes, and awareness activities aligned with subjects. My experience at both levels has enhanced my ability to manage diverse classrooms, use innovative teaching methods, and guide students according to their individual learning needs. I believe that a combination of conceptual clarity, regular practice, and consistent motivation can help students excel in Science.
