Here is brief explanation for all the phases asked:
G1 phase (Gap 1)- Interval phase between mitosis and DNA replication
S phase (Synthesis)- DNA replication phase
G2 phase (Gap 2)- Synthesis phase for RNA and proteins
Prophase - Chromosomal material condensation starts means chromosomes are seen to be composed as thread like structures with clear centromere
Metaphase - Nuclear membrane disintegrates, chromosomes get spread in cytoplasm, eventually they moved to spindle equator and forms metaphase plate.
Anaphase- As centromere splits, chromatids separate and they move to opposite poles
Telophase- Chromosomes decondense and they lose their individuality, nuclear envelope develops at each pole and forms 2 daughter nuclei.
