I am in teaching line for the past 10yrs. I love kids,so this was the best possible way to stay in touch with the kids,children and students of all age groups. Interaction with them helps me to understand their views and perceptions,their anger and problems with their elders. They help me to stay updated and coaxes me to correct myself daily. Moreover they strengthen my belief that every child is unique and takes time to develop.I don't dwell only on their academic excellence but lay equal stress on their overall development because education is not only books or rote learning. i am pretty good in explaining literature or SST topics as I explain concepts by co relating with daily life experiences. My students have stayed with me for quite long time and stay in touch even after they had completed their studies.
