Overview

I teach chocolate making in Kottur Gardens. There are three different courses: Basic chocolate making, Chocolate decorations and advanced chocolate making. You will learn about the nature of the chocolate, how to handle chocolate, textures , flavours and different techniques of chocolate making. This will further enable you to learn ,make and experiment with chocolates.

Also cake baking classes are undertaken .

Classes are conducted every Wednesday and Friday. Prior confirmation is neccessary.
