I'm a health care professional who has pursued a doctor degree in the field of Yoga and Naturopathy. My approach towards health is very much different from conventional medicine and I deal with all the aspects of a person, not just the physical body. I consult and treat people without any medicine for improving their life by working with their diet, lifestyle, yoga practices, meditation, psychological counseling. As a doctor, I focus much on individual health and even the minor aspects of life (like sleep habits, water intake, breathing pattern etc).

And I alter the person in various aspects to prevent the illness before the appearance in the body. As a Naturopathy and Yoga doctor I believe in small alterations which are very much crucial in improving health of a person.
