DO, Does etc. are helping verbs which indicate the time and degree of completion in a sentence. There are rules where they can be used- in English Grammar.
These conversation of English Grammar and related stuff should not be part of Behavioral training. They should be part of Communication skills training instead

Can I do B.ed and M.com together after 12th?

For doing B.ed, you have to complete graduation like BCom or BSc or BA etc. After that, if you are capable, then you can do B.ed and MCom, but my suggestion and advice would be to do one course at a time.
