The facilitator should measure the entry level behavior, provide feedback to the trainee, offer the training and must measure once again at the end to project the extent of change that has occurred. There are scientifically designed tests to measure the effectiveness of training, which should be adopted in all trainings. read less

DO, Does etc. are helping verbs which indicate the time and degree of completion in a sentence. There are rules where they can be used- in English Grammar.
These conversation of English Grammar and related stuff should not be part of Behavioral training. They should be part of Communication skills training instead
