It depends upon your mindset actually.
If your thoughts are like "yea we will see that after joining tuitions " then it will become troublesome.
At the same time, if you can avoid unnecessary outings, party, etc and inspired enough to exhaust yourself doing study. It will be fine considered the fruit you'll be reaping one day.

Yes, it is a good decision to do CAT tuition along with BCOM as it'll be easier to crack the CAT exam. exams syllabus is similar to the academic syllabus. If after completing BCOM then preparing for CAT then there would be chance of gap between your career which is not a wise decion for future job career. therefore its good to go along with your BCOM.
