Dear Prakash, BCA is a 3 years program to learn computer related programming and languages. But you need to compete your masters -MCA also after that if you want to join IT. B.Tech/BE is a four years engineering program with comprehensive learning on computer related stuff. You can go for banking or any goverment jobs after that. But for IT sector, They consider Btech/MCA freshers for same opened positions. All The Best! read less

Computer Science Tutor

Both are under graduate degree program. Both degree are related to computer science. However, BCA is a 3 years course whereas BE is a 4 years course. But from the career point of view BE has more weightage than BCA in software industries.
