My Online Experience in Physical Education Teaching

During my time teaching Physical Education in an online environment, I successfully adapted traditional, activity-based lessons to a virtual format. I designed interactive sessions using video demonstrations, fitness challenges, and digital tools to keep students engaged and active from home. My approach focused on:
