IdentityI am a certified yoga instructor with over four years of experience in teaching yoga professionally. My journey began in Delhi, where I had the opportunity to work with a diverse group of students through both group and one-on-one sessions. I primarily teach Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, with a focus on mindful movement, breath awareness, and overall well-being.
Over the years, I’ve helped individuals of all age groups improve their flexibility, strength, and mental clarity through customized yoga routines. I believe yoga is not just about physical postures but also about creating balance between the body and mind.
Currently, I’m continuing my yoga teaching practice in Bareilly, where I conduct regular classes and wellness sessions. My goal is to make yoga accessible and enjoyable for everyone, and I strive to create a calm, supportive space for my students to grow in their practices.
