For the past eight years, I've been immersed in the fascinating world of engineering, specializing in subjects like mathematics, physics, and mechanics. These foundational subjects have not only shaped my academic journey but have also laid the groundwork for my passion for civil engineering.

My journey began with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, where I delved deep into the principles of mathematics, physics, and mechanics. These subjects formed the backbone of my engineering education, providing me with a solid understanding of the fundamental concepts that underpin civil engineering practices.

Following the completion of my B.Tech degree, I pursued further academic advancement through an integrated M.Tech program. This journey allowed me to explore advanced topics within civil engineering while honing my expertise in specialized areas of interest.

During my academic tenure at Sangra University from 2016 to 2018, I had the privilege of studying under esteemed faculty members and engaging in research projects that broadened my horizons and deepened my understanding of civil engineering principles.

Upon completing my studies, I transitioned into the role of an assistant professor at Dhole Patil College Of Engineering Pune (DPCOE), where I dedicated myself to shaping the minds of future engineers. Over the course of three years, from 2019 to 2022, I had the opportunity to inspire and mentor students, imparting not only technical knowledge but also instilling a passion for excellence and innovation.

One of the hallmarks of my tenure as an assistant professor was the success of my students. Through personalized attention, innovative teaching methods, and a commitment to academic excellence, all of my students consistently achieved commendable results, demonstrating their mastery of the subject matter and their readiness to tackle real-world engineering challenges.

Embracing the digital age, I leveraged online platforms to conduct interactive sessions that fostered meaningful discussions, encouraged active participation, and facilitated collaborative learning experiences. These sessions, typically spanning one and a half hours, served as a forum for students to engage with course material, ask questions, and explore complex concepts in depth.

In addition to interactive sessions, I utilized multimedia tools such as PowerPoint presentations to enhance the learning experience and reinforce key concepts. Assignments and homework were carefully crafted to challenge students and encourage critical thinking, ensuring that they developed a deep understanding of the subject matter and acquired practical problem-solving skills.

As I look back on my journey in academia, I am filled with a sense of pride and accomplishment. My passion for engineering, coupled with my dedication to teaching and mentoring, has allowed me to make a meaningful impact on the lives of countless students, equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to succeed in their academic and professional endeavors.
