I would like to clarify the situation for the benefit of prospective students. The class timing of 4:30 PM to 5:25 PM was mutually discussed and agreed upon before the class was scheduled. I have the written communication confirming this timing. Subsequently, the student requested a change to 12:30 PM, which I was unable to accommodate due to my prior schedule. The student then requested a refund. I advised them to follow the refund process through UrbanPro, and I also informed the UrbanPro team about the matter. UrbanPro subsequently initiated and processed the refund. Therefore, the statement that I was not scheduling the class on time is not an accurate representation of what happened. I always try to honor mutually agreed timings and maintain transparency with my students.
