What is the difference between a bank clerk and a bank PO?

Bank po is a higher post than bank clerk. Bank PO is officer level post where a person has to take decision regarding the branch where as a clerk has to work on those decision and follow the instructions of the PO.A clerk has to do day to day activities which are pre defined.
