What are the career scopes after joining in a bank as a clerk? Is there any provision for higher studies?

now a days u can also do higher studies such as MBA in banking from manipal school of banking which is provided by the banks these days . Otherwise one can go for correspondence studies as every 2nd and 4th saturday is now a bank holiday so it is easy to do a correspondence course.
