My aptitude is very weak, please suggest something easy and unique trick to overcome and secure good marks in IBPS clerk and PO?

Answer 
First think you need to do buy IBPS PO and clerk book and try to understand the pattern of questions & for improving yours basic concepts, you can read 6, 7, 8, 9th mathematics book. So that you can understand the level of questions. Second thing is continue practice questions.

My dear Moni, if you think that your Aptitude is poor, it will continue to the POOR. If you think that you are very strong in all the subjects, the you will automatically develop interest to learn. First you require a good tutor. If you are a graduate, start your preparation immediately. Be prepared to attend the exams, by the time of release of notification. In the two notifications of CRPD (SBI) which were already released in this year, the time gap between date of notification and date of examination was very short. Learn maths from expert trainers/institute so that it will suit your requirements. Remember that, to do all these, you might require couple of time. In simple words pay attention to Number System and basic Algebra as both these things help a lot in improving calculation speeds and the greater part of solving involes calculation and thats where your time is wasted. Apart from this you can use some easy vedic mathetics tricks too to improve it. I can't name all of it here, but i hope you get the idea. Follow above and you will see the difference in less than 10 days. Apart from this pay attention to concepts instead of just getting the shorter method as it will improve you retention of things and also you ability to apply them in various questions which have direct or indirect applications of the same. Start with the NCERTs first and finish it, try to learn the basic and then approach higher level books for aptitude topicwise and then practice a lot from sets. If you will go directly to tricks the trick learning will pose problems therefore first get the basics right and then move ahead.All the best...

Am good in Aptitude and short cuts
first make u to b strong in numbers since almost 20-25 questions will be from simplification/Approximation,number series and DI.Every day do simapps test for half an hour.then start prepare verbals before that u should know addition,division,multiplication and division and percentage shortcuts
