I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and have built a strong professional background in communication, customer interaction, and people management through my roles in customer escalations, talent acquisition, branding, and training.

Currently, I work as a part of the Customer Escalations and CEO’s Desk team, where strong communication, clarity of language, and the ability to explain concepts simply and confidently are essential. My experience includes handling complex customer issues, drafting professional communication, conducting negotiations, and managing high-level escalations, skills that translate directly into effective English tutoring.

Before this, I worked as a Recruitment Consultant with UpGrad, where I conducted interviews, evaluated communication skills, trained candidates, and interacted extensively with professionals across roles. I have also taken on leadership roles during internships in marketing, HR, and brand management, all of which strengthened my ability to explain ideas clearly and work closely with learners of different levels.

Alongside my professional background, I have a natural inclination toward reading, writing, and communication, and I have been an active member of Toastmasters for over a year, which has further improved my public speaking, articulation, and mentoring skills.

My combined experience in communication-heavy roles, teaching moments across my career, and structured skill-building through Toastmasters enables me to teach English with clarity, patience, and confidence, especially for kids and teens.
