First of all, yours is a fundamental question. It is essential to know the amount of time one should spend on training. The duration depends upon the level of proficiency one currently has in English and the type of training he/she may require.
For example, a beginner's level student would need more days of training compared to an advanced learner.
The proficiency level can be tested with the help of the trainer. However, one complete IELTS course would cost you anywhere between Rs.8000/- to Rs.10,500/- based for 30 - 35 days.

Hi Susheel, it's good that you have noticed this term. MTI is a common problem faced by non-native speakers. However, it won't be a criterion to penalise you for IELTS Speaking. Solving it may take quite a while as it requires a lot of practice and patience. That being said, one can overcome MTI faster if he is ready to spend some time consistently for at least a year by listening to native speakers and repeating it the same way.

Hello Rahul, first and foremost I'd like to appreciate your state of mind for understanding your weakness and the effort to overcome it. It is always better to start speaking to your friends and even in front of a mirror to practice a conversation. You never know what's going to help you. Try to learn a couple of new words every day and intentionally use those while you chat or talk with your friends.
However, it is always better to learn the basics of English grammar with the help of a Trainer to build confidence.
