Virendra Giri

I teach Spoken English, Soft Skills, and Biology (Zoology) for Class 12 students. My aim is to help students improve their communication skills, build confidence, and develop a clear understanding of academic concepts through simple and practical teaching methods.

I hold a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Zoology (Honours) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). This combination of academic knowledge and business understanding allows me to bring both theoretical and practical insights into my teaching.

While I have been teaching for the past 1 year, I bring over 20 years of professional experience in the marketing field as an entrepreneur and trainer. Throughout my career, I have developed strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, which I now integrate into my teaching approach.

My transition into teaching is driven by my passion for sharing knowledge and helping students grow. I focus on making learning relevant by connecting concepts to real-life situations, especially in areas like communication and soft skills, where practical application plays a key role.

I follow a student-centered and need-based teaching methodology. I design structured lesson plans with clear objectives and ensure that each session balances theory with practical application. My classes are interactive, encouraging students to participate actively and practice regularly.

For Spoken English and Soft Skills, I use techniques like role plays, real-life scenarios, and conversational practice to improve fluency and confidence. For Biology (Zoology), I focus on concept clarity, diagrams, and step-by-step explanations to make topics easy to understand and retain.

I conduct online classes using tools like PPT presentations and whiteboard explanations to enhance learning. My goal is to create a supportive and engaging environment where students feel confident to express themselves, learn effectively, and achieve consistent progress.
