Basically one in which you are not conscious while practicing. One which allows for the free body movements. Usually cotton material is preferred, as it helps the body to breath.

No, as it's accompanied with certain breathing techniques and if not done properly may hurt you. In my experience usually they just jump to suryanamaskar, not knowing that there are many other practices which are required to be done before it to,obtain it's benefit. No, as it's accompanied with certain breathing techniques and if not done properly may hurt you.

In my experience usually they just jump to suryanamaskar, not knowing that there are many other practices which are required to be done before it to,obtain it's benefit.

Also it's not recommended to all.So,your instructor can decide when you are ready and guide you through it.

Pranayama and relaxation technique are very helpful which you can implement daily.

If you are  beginner would request to have an expert to guide you.

It's a busy life, but we can live to the fullest when we are healthy. Make sometime for yourself it may be challenging but worthy on the long run.

You have to get a certified degree from a reputed institution and then start the yoga classes.
