A Post Graduate in Business Administration from the Northampton Business School, UK and an XLRI Executive Alumni, I am fortunate to have gathered over 20 years of insightful experience in the field of Learning & Talent Development.
My recognition in the industry includes participation as the chairperson in the L&D Leadership Summit in Mumbai during March 2017 and competing in the NHRD “HR Showcase 2018 – HR Best Practice” competition, with my practice around ‘Integrated Talent Management’ with learning at its heart getting included among the shortlisted best practices invited for final showcase.
