I am a passionate and dedicated yoga instructor with strong training in traditional yoga practices. I have completed 200-hour and 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training Courses, which have given me a solid foundation in yoga postures, breathing techniques, and mindfulness practices. For me, yoga is not just a profession, but a way of life that brings balance to the body and mind.

One of my key strengths is my ability to connect with students of all levels. I can guide beginners who are new to yoga as well as support experienced practitioners in improving their practice. I create a comfortable and positive environment where students feel safe, relaxed, and confident. I believe yoga is not about perfection but about regular practice and self-awareness.

My teaching style is simple, structured, and easy to follow. Each session includes warm-up exercises, Surya Namaskar, asanas, pranayama, and relaxation techniques. I focus on correct posture and alignment to help students practice safely and avoid injuries. I also give clear instructions using simple language so that everyone can understand easily.

Breathing techniques are an important part of my classes. I teach pranayama practices like Nadi Shodhana and deep breathing to help reduce stress, improve focus, and increase energy levels. I believe that proper breathing helps connect the body and mind, leading to better overall health.
