unravelling the complexities of commerce subjects. With a wealth of experience
spanning 30 years, my journey has been a tapestry woven with academic achievements,
professional growth, and an unwavering commitment to teaching.
My academic odyssey began during my school days when commerce subjects
captured my interest and became a lifelong passion. This passion blossomed into a
calling, leading me to share my knowledge with others. While studying at Christ College, I embarked on my teaching
journey, offering individualized guidance as a freelance
tutor. This early experience laid the foundation for a fulfilling career
in education.
My formal entry into the academic realm took place at Lowry Memorial College and
Group of Institutions at KR Puram, where I assumed the role of an accounts lecturer.
Simultaneously, I had the honour of serving as the secretary of the commerce club,
contributing to the vibrant academic community within the institution. This period
marked the inception of my commitment to fostering a deep understanding of
commerce subjects among students.
Venturing beyond traditional academic settings, I transitioned to the corporate world,
gaining valuable insights and practical experience. However, my passion for teaching
persisted; in 2008, I returned to academia. I joined an Evening college at Ambedkar
College, where I continued to impart knowledge, combining my industry experience with
a pedagogical approach.
My academic journey reached new heights with completing my MCom, where I
proudly secured a rank from Bangalore University. Subsequently, I pursued an MBA focusing on financial studies, further enriching my expertise in the dynamic field of
commerce.
In the ever-evolving landscape of education, I have embraced both online and offline
platforms to ensure accessibility and flexibility for my students. The one-hour
interactive sessions, conducted through Zoom, offer a dynamic learning environment
where questions are welcomed and encouraged. I believe in the power of
engagement, and these sessions are designed to be a dialogue rather than a
monologue.
To enhance the learning experience, I provide comprehensive question banks that serve
as valuable resources for students preparing for various examinations, including CA
foundation, CFA, ICWA, ACS, and more. These resources aim to sharpen their problem-
solving skills and reinforcing theoretical concepts.
