With over 2 years of dedicated practice and 3years of teaching experience, my journey in yoga has been both transformative and deeply fulfilling. I began my formal training by completing a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Course (YTTC) accredited by Yoga Alliance USA where I studied classical Hatha and Vinyasa styles. This foundational training instilled in me a profound respect for yoga’s philosophy, anatomy, and mindful movement.

Since then, I have taught group classes, private sessions, and workshops for diverse populations, including beginners, seniors, and those seeking yoga for stress management or physical rehabilitation. My teaching style emphasizes alignment, breath awareness, and cultivating a compassionate, non-judgmental space for all students. I continually update my skills through advanced workshops in restorative yoga, pranayama, and meditation, ensuring my classes are both safe and enriching.
Beyond the physical postures, I integrate mindfulness and yogic philosophy into my sessions, encouraging students to carry the benefits of yoga off the mat and into their daily lives. My goal as a teacher is to empower individuals to discover their inner strength, flexibility, and peace, fostering holistic well-being through the timeless practice of yoga.
