While I was in my 8 th grade, I started teaching. I was conducting home tuitions for 10 students of different grades. One aspect I have understood in this phase is patience; patience is the key for teaching. All the students are unique in their learning, so as a teacher, we should understand their learning aspect and teach them accordingly. For example, if one can understand a concept only by writing, I would let that student write and practice. In a stance, if a student is just understanding a concept only by reading it, I would allow that student to do so. There is no control like one should listen to what I tell, because all are unique and different. The main motto is to gain certain subject knowledge in that student by the end of the session where he or she can never forget and cherish that learning throughout their life.
