I am a Psychology Intern at Vandrevala Foundation, where I provide crisis counselling and support people in distress through chat and call services. I have developed strong skills in mental health first aid, psychological first aid, and empathetic communication, which enable me to assist clients in coping with various challenges and issues. I am passionate about helping others and making a positive difference in their lives.

I have also completed my graduation in Psychology (BA honours Psychology) at CMR University in Bangalore, one of the leading institutions in the field. I have completed enriching internships at prestigious institutions such as NIMHANS and Cheshire, where I gained hands-on experience in administering comprehensive developmental therapy to a child with special needs, resulting in significant improvements in their physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development. I am fascinated by the causes and consequences of human behaviour and am motivated to pursue psychology as my field of study and career. I am committed to my professional growth and eager to contribute positively to the dynamic and evolving field of psychology.
