I am a state level sprinter with over 6 years of self coaching experience in athletic performance and fitness training. In January 2025 I sustained an ACL Grade 1 injury and recovered completely without surgery through physiotherapy and structured strength training over 16 months. This experience gave me a deep understanding of injury recovery, body mechanics and the mental side of fitness that most coaches never develop.
I specialise in online one on one coaching across calisthenics, strength training, bodyweight training, plyometrics, Pilates and yoga. Every programme I build is personalised to the individual their body, their goals and their current fitness level.
My coaching philosophy is built on three things discipline, patience and understanding your own body. I don't believe in generic plans or quick fixes. I believe in building people who understand how to train for life.
I have successfully coached clients online with measurable results in strength, mobility and overall fitness.
