"Thomson, as I know him, is a soulful musician, an accomplished violinist and a passionate violin tutor. I have been under his training for the past 3 years and I must say his patience and eye for detail is exemplary. Not to mention, I have blossomed from a mere listener of music, to a passionate music lover and violin player. I would highly recommend Tom, to anyone who wants to stir up the 'hidden musician' within you and master this soulful instrument. "

"Thomson has been my Violin guru for past few months. He has a very accurate sense of the notes and catches mistakes in a jiffy. At the same time, he is easy going and helps me overcome my mistakes with further practice. He is immensely patient that way, which is a very essential quality in anyone who is into teaching. He is very good with kids (he teaches my 7 year old nephew as well) and inspires them to take up this tough instrument and be excited about the next class-which itself is quite an achievement!! "

"He is a very good teacher, very patient and knowledgeable. I started violin with no prior music background. He makes it very easy for me, his classes are quiet interesting, never a dull moment while he is around. He handles all my questions/doubts very patiently. He encourages to do my best and when he plays its wow!!!! He is just too good. It's very inspiring when he plays and he also instills confidence that we can reach a certain level with regular practice. I am thankful for UrbanPro, where I found Thomson Thomas. I highly recommend Thomson Thomas for learning Violin, especially if you are an adult and want to start off he is best. I am sure he handles children also very well. "One amazing guy. Never met anyone like this before. trust me or not. He did not teach me violin. But what he did was extraordinary, he showed me the path of human beings, how we are connected to music. His Fingers : They are God's fingers when it comes to playing any musical instrument, especially Violin. He can make anyone laugh, console anyone, make the inner feelings come out and what more? He is the best. Atleast to me. I have seen his shows with his team called MIND MAP and also seen his shows with Vasu Dixit. I am proud to be his student, and a friend. And last but not the least, he is a well mannered, matured, and sweetest behaved person. When he is a master, he is strict If not, he is an amazing friend. If it is Thomson, I would say nothing but you are lucky to get him. No questions about that. He is patient to the core. Wow words are not really enough to describe him. He is such an amazing soul. He actually spreads love through his music "

"He doesn't just teach, he lets the student explore the boundaries of music. That's the best kind of teacher you can find. I almost never write reviews, but I feel strongly enough about recommending Thomson to get the word out here. I know few other people who take music lessons from him, and I am confident to say that they would all concur with me in recommending him enthusiastically. He is also masterful in tailoring his lessons based on the student's learning curve. More importantly to me, my son looks forward to his classes, and is enjoying music which wasn't the case until we started with Thomson. He has an amazing relationship with music and works to have students build their own unique relationships as well. He has a way with kids and ensures that his method doesn't follow the rote way of learning. Strongly recommend him. "
