I am a psychology graduate with lot of aspirations & a real zest for sharing my passion. Detail-oriented Researcher with hands-on experience performing laboratory, library & field research. Expertise in cognitive test & assessments. Experience in tutoring has provided ample preparation for teaching & developed a diverse range of skills - classroom management, lesson planning, attention to detail & excellent organizational skills.

My first classroom teaching experience was during high school (Grade 8) when I tutored elementary school students and my peers to help them raise their grades and overcome their weakest areas.

Teaching and sharing my knowledge with my peers boosted my confidence level. I
enjoyed the process of teaching. So, I started to teach and share my knowledge with more number of students in my locality as a hobby. I particularly enjoyed working with at-risk children. My careful preparation of lessons allowed me to break down complicated concepts to simple examples that my young students could grasp, which was rewarding for both my students and for me.

My philosophy of education is that 'teaching-learning is a lifelong process' that enables the future generation to be morally uplifted and socially committed citizens. Peer group learning, scaffolded learning, experiential learning are the prime motto of teaching methodology.
