By speaking in English. How did you become good at your native language? You were not born speaking it. You learnt it by speaking the language slowly, and then you practised it, then you spoke the language with your parents, friends etc., then you mastered the language. English is also a language; It is like learning anything new. It requires time and dedication.
Remember to have fun learning it. If you think of it as work, it is work.

Which is the best English speaking class in Pune ?
There are no best English classes; There are only the best tutors and receptive students. I suggest that you choose a tutor based on reviews of other students. If you see and believe their success rate after conducting your research, then opt for one.
It also depends on your level of interest. If you are genuinely committed to learning, any online website can teach you for free.

Step 1 - Work as a freelance trainer through various people who already have tie-ups and projects with colleges. Ensure you do so well that the college wants you to train them directly. That way, initially, you get paid, and you are building a contact base.
Step 2 – After 2 or 3 months of continuous business, you can ask them to hire you directly instead of going through middlemen/woman. If your skills are good, I don’t see why they wouldn’t want to work with you directly.
Step 3 – To add additional business through college ensure you have enough positive reviews and feedback about your training from students directly. You can also choose to put up a couple of videos of you training.
