I started learning Hindustani Classical Music at the age of 9 and have been on a path of discovery ever since. I sing in the tradition of the Kirana Gharana. My gurus have included Shruti Sadolikar, Bharti Balakarishnan and Pt. Nagabhushan Hegde

I continue my learning currently with Pt. M.P. Hegde.

I have been teaching music for the past 20+ years first at two schools in Bangalore and have had a 2 year stint with the Shankar Mahadevan Music Academy as an on-line music teacher.
