"It shows the last class was missed by both , that’s wrong . The student was ready for the class and class was scheduled and in the last 30 mins tutor sends a message that he is unable to take the class , we asked him to cancel the class but he didn’t .Why schedule a class when he very well knows he’s not able to teach and I have to leave my work and wait for him and this has happened previously too.Not a good experience at all. "

Dear Sir, Last minute cancellation happened as I had got some personnel emergency, and as you said I have messaged you stating that I can't conduct the class and this was happened with you also but I neither complained nor reported and you have stated that the class was missed by both, neither I have charged nor reported to urbanpro, I don't understand your motive, but most hurting thing was you said you were enjoying my classes and learnt the language too, if you really had a problem or a complaint you could've discussed with me rather than reviewing here. Never expected this from you. Anyways all the best, you expressed your frustration, and I lost a student.
