Subodh Malpe

I am a management professional with over 15 years of experience in the corporate world. Alongside my professional career, teaching has always been a passion, and I have spent the past few years helping students strengthen their understanding of subjects and improve their academic performance.

I currently teach Mathematics and Kannada for students up to 8th Standard. My teaching approach focuses on building strong fundamentals, encouraging curiosity, and helping students gain confidence in their abilities. I believe that every student learns differently, and I strive to make lessons engaging, practical, and easy to understand.

In my professional career, I have led and mentored teams, helping individuals develop skills, overcome challenges, and achieve their goals. This experience has strengthened my ability to communicate complex concepts in a simple and relatable manner.

My aim is to create a positive and supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and are motivated to perform to the best of their abilities. As I continue my teaching journey, I also look forward to guiding young learners in areas such as communication skills, career awareness, and personal development.
