"Highly unprofessional. Sourabh committed to a training program for 7 kids (3500 for 13 classes including 1 demo class) and introduced his brother, Vivek, as the dedicated coach for the 12–1 PM slot in our Apartment. After only a couple of sessions, Vivek stopped showing up entirely. Both went 'radio silent,' refusing to answer WhatsApp messages or take calls while parents and kids were left waiting at the pool. Sourabh then failed to provide any promised replacement instructors, effectively abandoning the commitment. Completely unreliable—avoid. "
