Hi, I'm Silky — a certified yoga teacher and movement therapist passionate about healing through intentional motion and breath. I completed my 500-hour Teacher Training Course from Rudra Yogpeeth in Rishikesh, the yoga capital of the world. My journey with yoga is deeply personal — it began as a way to reconnect with myself and has since grown into a calling to help others do the same.

For the past 5 years, I’ve been practicing creative movement and dance therapy, exploring how free, expressive movement can unlock emotional healing and inner strength. I bring this experience into my yoga teaching, blending traditional practices like Hatha and Vinyasa yoga with fluid, intuitive movement that helps students release tension, build awareness, and move with authenticity. My sessions are grounded, nurturing, and open to all levels — designed to help you tune into your body, expand your breath, and find stillness in motion.
