Looking for YOGA CLASSES at Bangalore ???

We offer customize yoga classes in a small group. We take small group so that we can give individual attention to each and every participant.



Mon, Wed, Fri : Therapeutic Yoga (that means if you have any health problems like backpain, asthma, diabetes, hypertension, ..... you undergo this therapeutic yoga pragram)



Timing: 6:30 - 7:30 am and 6:30 - 7:30 pm



Tue, Thu, Sat: Yoga for Wellness (if you want to reduce weight, maintain fitness level this is the class for you. Here we teach Power Yoga, Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga)



Timing: 6;30-7:30 am and 6:30 to 7: 30pm.



The teacher is M.Sc. in yoga from Manipal University, Karnataka with 5 years of teaching experinece.








We also provide home yoga, corporate yoga, group yoga at apartments.
