I’ve been working as a fitness trainer for a little over 2 years now, helping people with real, practical training. At the same time, I’m currently studying for a professional fitness certification to build a stronger understanding of exercise science, nutrition, and how to guide client transformations properly.

I mainly focus on helping people reach their fitness goals through simple, structured training and nutrition that actually fits into their daily life and can be maintained long term.

I don’t believe in extreme diets or random workout plans. Everyone has a different body, routine, and lifestyle, so I try to keep things realistic and personalized.

Whether someone is just starting out or trying to seriously transform their physique, I focus on getting the basics right proper form, consistent training, better eating habits, recovery, and steady progress over time.
